Proposals from civil society towards a strategic plan for transition and structural transformations
The publication includes the proposals of the Social Initiative for Latin America and the Caribbean -ISALC-, in which different social movements, academic networks and platforms of civil society organizations in the region propose solutions to the crisis generated by COVID-19.
